Following the lead of Ireland Music Week, Sound of Belfast 2020 has announced that it will go ahead with all of its events being moved online with performance prer-ecorded in Belfast’s music venues running from 6-12 November.

This year’s line-up includes Ryan McMullan, Brand New Friend, Amy Montgomery, Jealous of The Birds, Hex Hue and Arvo Party Neil Martin, Manukahunney, Dani Larkin, Dena Anuk$a, New Pagans, Ruth McGinley, Duke Special, Sam Wickens, Becah and the Scott Flanigan Trio featuring Linley Hamilton.

For the 7th edition of Belfast in Sound organisers have also announced several special events. There will be a tribute to the late Belfast music manager Lyndon Stephens organized by Malojian, and Dig With It’s Stuart Bailie will interview Therapy? about their their new biography ‘So Much For The 30 Year Plan’.

Sound of Belfast 2020 will conclude with The NI Music Prize which will be streamed live on the Oh Yeah YouTube Channel on Nov 12th with this years Legend Award recipient is posthumously to Bap Kennedy. For a full list of performances visit www.soundofbelfast.com and here
