To celebrate their 25th anniversary Snow Patrol are embarking on a tour which sees them reimagining tracks from their career, including dates in Dublin and Belfast this November.

The band recently released the ‘Reworked’ EP featuring versions of Crack The Shutters, Chocolate, and Open Your Eyes, as well as the previously released new song, Time Won’t Go Slowly.
