Sea Sessions 2012 Lineup additions
An already quite tidy Sea Sessions 2012 lineup has grown again with the inclusion of a few new faces, and a visit from perhaps the most huggable man in Ireland. No I don’t mean me, I mean Michael D. Higgins (President of Ireland for those under rocks and without word of mouth) will be in Bundoran to visit Sea Sessions and give a speech aswell as presenting some awards.
He will be up on June 30th and continues his trend of being a visible face at arts events all over Ireland which is a great thing to see. On top of this nice announcement there is a little matter of the actual music too. Joining the lineup are Ciaran Carty, Collie-Hertz U, Chubby Badnews (Reach), Cry Monster Cry, Danny Mac, David DeValera, Disconauts, DJ Her, Dune Collective, GalaFari (Power FM), Gar Frequency, Mad Dog, Mystro, Noel Phelan, Raglans, Relish, Richard Beard, Stonefree, The Ships, The Riptide Movement, The Strypes, The Unabombers, The Young Folk, This Side Up and Under The Driftwood Tree.
Tickets for the weekend are €88.50 and day tickets are €50 for any of the days. Camping an extra €30 for a five night stay and can only be bought if you have a full ticket (so no gatecrashing) and can be bought from www.seasessions.com.
