Pre-eminent film composer David Arnold is set to make a special appearance at Output Belfast later this month. Arnold has applied his magic touch to films such as Independence Day, Stargate and Zoolander alongside numerous James Bond films, co-writing the feature songs “You Know My Name” with Chris Cornell and “The World Is Not Enough” and numerous TV series including Sherlock.
As well as working with Cornell and Garbage on Bond songs Arnold has also worked with the likes Iggy Pop, Bjork, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Pulp and was also Musical Director for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The Grammy, Emmy and Ivor Novello Award-winner will deliver the closing Keynote address at this year’s Output Belfast music conference in conversation with Ivor Novello award-winning composer and musician Hannah Peel.
