Rising Irish punk rockers Really Good Time have curated a special Gig 4 Gaza featuring some top Irish talent. Set to take place in Connolly’s of Leap in September the special all-day fundraiser in support of the Children’s Relief Fund Gaza will bring Yard, Annie-Dog, Nerves to Cork followed by DJ sets from Arveene and returning Irish alt-rock heroes Meltybrains? 

“West Cork always shows up. Let’s do it again. We’re putting on a show to raise funds for children in Gaza. Come through, bring your people, and be part of it.”

REALLY GOOD TIME

A power-trio from Dublin. Compared to a mutant blend of early QOTSA and The Walkmen on Lamacq’s roundtable, Dublin three piece Really Good Time have built their reputation as a live force to be reckoned with since emerging in 2021.

YARD are the electrifying three-piece electropunk band from Dublin. Known for their intense and immersive live shows, YARD bridges the gap between electronica and post-punk, creating an auditory onslaught that leaves audiences sweaty, energized, and strangely unnerved.

Annie-Dog embraces a wholly DIY ethos, influenced by a plethora of fellow idiosyncratic artists including Alex G, Dean Blunt and Imogen Heap, self-producing all her material and crafting bittersweet shapeshifting pop tracks that occupy a mesmerising world somewhere between Grimes and PinkPantheress.

NERVES

Nerves are a band from Maigh Eo and Cill Mhantáin in Ireland. The noise merchants have just announced their latest EP “Iarmhaireacht” is set to land on August 15th
