Not content with being the coolest President in the history of Ireland, Michael D. Higgins has turned his hand to music with his forthcoming debut spoken word album “Against All Certainty” – a collection of poems penned by Michael D. Higgins set to music by acclaimed film maker and musician Myles O’Reilly.

The President has shared album’s title track and lead single with a video by award-winning director Ellius Grace, featuring renowned actors Ciaran Hinds, Olwen Fouéré and Eanna Hardwicke.

“Against All Certainty” will be available in a number of formats including CD Hardback – a 60 page hardback book with essays, poetry, forwards and pictures. A coloured vinyl will also be available. Pre-order – Here
