One of my favourite up and coming Irish acts, Planet Parade have announced they will be headlining Whelans on Friday October 22nd.
They play their own brand of Indie/Pop/Rock which can only be partially related to the likes of Vampire Weekend in terms of upbeat quirkiness and the two times I saw them live I personally thought they were excellent.
Tickets for the gig are €10 inclusive of booking fee and are on sale now.
