Pixies have announced that they will make their Irish return this summer with shows in Dublin, Galway and Belfast. The 80’s alt-rock pioneers released 4 classic albums before disbanding and have now released four albums since they reformed around a decade ago.

Their latest offering, 2022’s ‘Doggerel’ is perhaps the best of their second incarnation. Most recently, the band released a tribute to Leon Russell with a cover of his track ‘Crystal Closet Queen’.
