Patterson Hood of Drive-By Truckers is heading out on his own to do that solo thing that every so often seems to bite the talented members of bands all over the world. He’s been holed up working on a debut solo album and it’s only just over a month away from release.
The album will be called ‘Heat Lightning Rumbles In The Distance’ and will hit the shelves on September 10th. Ireland will get a live viewing soon after with a good in The Workmans Club on November 18th 2012. Tickets for the show will cost you €17.50 inclusive of booking fee and are on sale now.
