Other Voices will return to West Kerry from November 29th to December 1st for the 23rd iteration of the legendary three-day festival of music, song and story. The first wave of acts set to appear on the hallowed stage of St James’ Church include Laura Marling, Morgana, Wunderhorse, Lisa O’Neill and Rachael Lavelle.
“Other Voices are thrilled to announce another beautiful array of artists gracing our stages in December,” the festival’s founder, Philip King, says of this year’s upcoming edition.
“We are thrilled to be once more opening the door of The Church Of St James and to have the privilege of inviting some of ireland’s and the world’s greatest artists to raise their voices to sing in this wonderful room For the 23rd year Dingle will come alive as we tumble from November into December. In the IMRO Other Room we will celebrate what’s about to happen, and across The Trail, the emotional soundtrack of Ireland right now will be celebrated in all its diversity.
“It is a delight to have these exceptional artists come West along the Road to beautiful Dingle to sing their songs and in a profound way give us a sense of what it feels like to be living in Ireland right now. I can’t wait.”
Meanwhile, the first acts confirmed to appear in The IMRO Other room are Shiv, Curtisy and Ellie O’Neill.
