Oh dear. This is bad news for the fans who nabbed tickets for her earlier Dublin show and might leave fans with tickets to November’s gig a little bit smug. Nicki Minaj has damaged her vocal chords, the Dublin gig rested on a doctors assesment yesterday and today it’s been announced that it won’t be possible for her to sing in Dublin.
According to the release below, the crew are already in Dublin. So they obviously thought there was a chance.
MONDAY 20th August – Due to on-going vocal issues, Nicki Minaj has had to cancel her Dublin Olympia Theatre Show on August 21st. She has been advised by her doctors that she will need to rest her voice for a couple of weeks.The band and crew have arrived in Dublin and everyone is devastated that the show cannot go ahead.
