Ring in the New Year in style at Ireland’s Biggest New Years Eve Party along with legends of Irish music The Saw Doctors, Aslan and Something Happens. Three top Irish acts will be helping you close our 2012 and ring in 2013 in style. They will also be joined by one of the youngest acts around The Strypes, laying down some old school beat rock.

Tickets available now: Seated €44, standing €39 and early bird €30 (available until 31st of October). Contact the INEC box office, Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older.

The Riptide Movement – Without You single release

They are busy lads right now. They are closing in on their biggest headline gig to date on Saturday 10th November in The Olympia Theatre, they have just been confirmed for the Rendezvous Festival in Delhi, India on October 21st, they signed a new agent (Paul Charles of the Asgard Group), will be hitting five other dates up around The Olympia Theatre show with The Slate in Cork on October 27th, The Roisin Dubh, Galway on November 2nd, The Forum, Waterford on November 17th and Dolans, Limerick on November 24th with The Palace, Nava finishing off the tour on November 30th.

They will be doing a few European dates in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Prague, Vienna and Amsterdam. Then it’s hard to work on the third album next year. We have a stream of their latest single ‘Without You’ below. Enjoy, it’s a bit of a foot tapper.

Pia Dunne and The Eleusians / Dayo and the Swingfolk double Headliner

Having recentl released her debut EP, varying from reggae and funk to acoustic pop, Pia Dunne is a singer songwriter to keep an eye on, with a double headliner show featuring Dayo and The Swingfolk bringing their roots tunes to The Cobblestone this month.

Tickets for the show are €10 inclusive of booking fee and doors open at 8pm.

Empty Lungs announce Irish tour

Empty Lungs are a 4 piece post-hardcore band based in Belfast, N. Ireland. They have just announced their winter Irish tour which will see them flowing around Ireland hitting up Dublin, Limerick, Galway and Cork.

Garr Cleary EP launch

Singer songwriter Garr Cleary will be launching his EP at the start of next months with some help from some special guests. He’s had a busy summer including Electric Picnic and Castlepalooza alongside a Ten Day in Dublin gig which sold out. 

The show will be on in Doyles on November 1st 2012. Tickets for the show are €10 but in that cost you also get the EP ‘Goodbye to YeahMan’ included. Doors are at 8pm.
