The Revellions

The Revellions play their first show in two years at Sweeneys in April.

After a 2 year break from the live circuit to work on their forthcoming second album, The Revellions return on Sat April 6th to play a show at the Retro Revival at Sweeneys, dame Street. On the night The Revellions will be showcasing tracks from the album “Give It Time” which is due for release during the summer. Support on the night comes from September Girls, The Vincent(s) & Evil Sons.

Doors 9pm, Admission €5.


2 Tuff Yokes

Irish music comedy duo 2 Tuff Yokes have announced new tour dates around Ireland for the start of next month.

The Irish tour will see the lads (Pat Hayes and Seamus Moore) dropping around Kerry, Cork and Tipperary on their mini tour. Seamus is of course well known at The JCB man’ having written the JCB song.

The Hot Sprockets

The Hot Sprockets are gearing up for Record Store day with a single and it’s a precursor to their new album which comes out later this year.

They will play a launch gig in Whelans on April 20th for their track ‘Soul Brother’ with support from Cry Monster Cry and Markas Carcas. Admission for the show is just €10 and tickets are available from Whelanslive.com

Mikey and The Scallywags

Galway lads Mikey and The Scallywags are heading out of the west and over to Dublin for a headline show in The Grand Social next month.

They will bring their folk rock show to The Grand Social, Dublin on April 13th 2013. They are bringing Gypsy Rebel Rabble and Blind Yackety along for the ride as support on the night. Presale tickets cost €5 and will increase to €7 on the door so buy early.

Mikey and the Scallywags will be also be airing their new single ‘Soul Shakers’ due for release in May.
