Allie Bradley
The Gorgeous voice of Allie Bradley is all set for her EP launch at the end of June and has released a video for the current single ‘Simplest Of Freedoms’ for you all to check out.
The EP launch will be in No Alibis Bookstore in Belfast on Friday 29th June. And Irish and UK tour are in the works after the EP is released so we’ll keep you updated on her progress, for now, enjoy the track below.
Diana Jones
Diana Jones will be dropping into Whelans at the end of June for a headline date.
She will play with support to be announced shortly on Thursday 28th June. It’s in the main venue of Whelans and Doors are at 8pm with tickets for the show costing €15 inclusive of booking fee available from www.wavtickets.ie or from Tickets.ie
Fiach
The lovely Fiach has a new video to go along with his latest track Lullabye. It’s a really cool video because he learnt and sang the song backwards while walking backwards. The video was then reversed and whoila, you get what you see.
It was shot as a one take, no edit video which is really cool. Obviously they have listened to We Cut Corners – ‘Today I realised I Could go Home Backwards’. Song appears on début album ‘So I’ available on iTunes.

The Shoos
The Shoos have announced the worldwide release of their single Say Something. It’s available globally on iTunes so if you like the track then definitely pick it up. We have the track embedded for your approval and you can check out the video [here] too.

Twin Terrace
Twin Terrace will be in Whelans at the end of June for a headline gig in the Upstairs venue.
The gig will be on June 29th with support on the night from Seeping Into Cinema’s. It’s their first full band show and they’ll be playing songs from their first album ‘Plural’.
Doors at 8pm and tickets are €8.
No Sozopol (Sweet Stasis)
We’re not sure if it’s No Sozopol or Sweet Statis, though we are trying to find out from the band themselves. However, the double named band have their début album ‘Now That We Have Your Attention’ and have just released the video for their track Claustrophobia.
Slow Skies
Dublin based Slow Skies will be releasing their début EP ‘Silhouettes’ on June 16th with a launch gig in The Back Loft.
The launch gig is the same day at the release (June 16th) and doors are at 8pm. There will be live visuals on the night from April Keane. For fans of Kasette, this is another musical project of Karen Sheridan. The EP will be released on Sleeping Giant Records (an independent label established by Karen).
If you can’t make the gig in The Back Loft, Slow Skies play the Body and Soul Festival in June and the 10 Days In Dublin festival in July.

Killer Ceol
Killer Ceol have two gigs coming up to kick start their summer. One in Dublin on May 23rd in the Grand Social and one down in Kilkenny supporting Aslan in the Kilford Hotel on June 1st.

Gascan Ruckus
Armagh rocker Gascan Ruckus are set to release their first single from their new EP on May 24th. The single is ‘Pieces’ and they will be playing a launch show in the Speakeasy on the same night. Check out the video below for the single.
Three Hour Ceasefire
DIY metal band Three Hour Ceasefire are set to release their début EP ‘Cry Havoc’ this June. The EP will be released on Belfast’s Savour Your Scene Records. It’s a six track EP of dark metal if that’s your kind of music.
The EP will be released on Sunday 3rd June with a launch gig in The Bling Pig, Limerick. Support on the night comes from Zealot Cult and Legion Of Wolves. It’s a FREE gig so do pop along and doors are at 8.30pm.
Kowalski
Irish indie-pop act Kowalski who Stephen interviewed only recently, have released a FREE single into your grubby mits.
The track is called While We Drive and comes from the recording of their debut album. It’s the first track revealed from the album so do dig in. It was co-produced and mixed by Tom McFall (REM, Snow Patrol, Stars). This is their sample of what’s to come. Let us know if you enjoy it.
Stags Head Raw
Sunday May 27th is another iteration of The Stags Head Raw and this week returning for their second gig at the SHR is The Matinee Idles.
Support on the night comes from Raymond Beggan and Suzanne Rhatigan. Admission is €8 and doors are at 8pm.
Pia Dunne and The Eleusians
Another EP launch this time for THIS Friday 25th May. The Workmans Club will play host to Pia Dunnes début EP launch.
The gig is in The Workmans with doors at 8pm, music will start at 8.30pm sharp (don’t say we didn’t warn you) and Tickets are €10 or €8 to the unwaged. Support from the night comes from Dayo (From Dayo and The Swing Folk).
Ghost Estates album launch
Ghost Estates will be launching their début album with a headline show in The Button Factory early June.
The gig is on June 9th, Doors are at 11pm and admission to the show will be just €5. Support on the night will comes from two great Dublin acts, The Mighty Stef and White Collar Boy. White Collar Boy will actually follow Ghost Estates to play you into the early hours.
The album and assorted merch will be available in the venue on the night.
Marc O’Reilly
Marc O’Reilly has put the finishing touched on his début album ‘My Friend Marx’ and it’s released here in Ireland ahead of the rest of the world. The album is expected to be released in the UK, Germany, Austria and Switzerland in August. If you want it now and are in Ireland then just head over to iTunes.
