Imelda Dervin has been appointed as the new general manager of the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra. With an impressive breadth of experience in orchestral management and cultural development, the Acting Head of Music and Opera with the Arts Council brings an enthusiasm for artistic excellence to the role.
Dervin’s work with institutions such as the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, the National Chamber Choir of Ireland, the Academy of St Martin in the Fields, and the Irish Chamber Orchestra promises to raise the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra to new levels.
