The National at The O2 | Gig of the Week

One of the finest bands of the past decade The National play The O2 on Sunday night. After selling out a gig in minutes at Live at the Marque in Cork back in June, it’s a serious shocker that this weekend’s O2 date still has tickets available. It’s our Gig of the Week as you can always expect something special, generally a pottering around the crowd, from Matt and the lads. Tickets are still available and are €39.

Nottingham’s finest export Jake Bugg is kicking off the week in The Olympia Theatre tonight and tomorrow night. Tickets are sold out for  both.

Former Queens of the Stone Age member Mark Lanegan also has two sold out shows. He plays The Sugar Club on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Liam Gallagher & Co aka Beady Eye are back in Dublin again, this time playing two dates in The Olympia Theatre on Thursday and Friday. There are limited tickets available and they’ll set you back €36.50.

The Mighty Stef is playing a series of gigs Upstairs In Whelan’s. One of them being on this Thursday, followed by November 21st & December 5th. Tickets are still available are are €9.75 for one or €22.90 for all three.

The Urges are back and they play The Workman’s Club on Friday with support from The Vincents. Tickets are still available and a bargain at €8 a pop.

If you missed out on Depeche Mode tickets for The O2 on Saturday, Electro-pop heads Fenech-Soler will sort you out, they play The Academy 2 on the same night. Tickets are still available and are €10.75.
