MILK Festival, Irelands first ever outdoor music and arts festival for the LGBT community will be taking place in Ballinlough Castle, on Saturday August 14th. The event is being described as one day of outrageous gay fun, think Wizard of Oz meets Alice in Wonderland. Going From 12noon to 12am, 5,000 of Ireland’s gay community will decend on the festival giving it a Mardi Gras Style atmosphere.
The Festival will have Alexandra Burke, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Bananarama, Roisin Murphy, Heathers, Leanne Harte, Right said Fred, Seb Fontaine and many many more on the day.
There will be 3 stages, a Blue Lagoon dedicated Chillout Zone to chill or chat people up, Brazilian and Calafornian cocktail bars, art zones, great food and a VIP tent and private bar who goes VIP.
