March sees an exciting chamber music tour presented by Music Network, showcasing the unique sound of the string trio with three leading artists: Grammy-nominated violist Maxim Rysanov, violinist Nikita Boriso-Glebsky, and cellist Dóra Kokas.

Performing together as a trio for the first time, they perform Mozart’s only string trio, and the brilliant Trio in G by Beethoven – alongside ‘Insight’ (2002) by acclaimed Bulgarian composer Dobrinka Tabakova, a work that highlights the sonic possibilities of this combination – and a newly-commissioned work for the ensemble by Ed Bennett.

Nikita Boriso-Glebsky (violin), Dóra Kokas (cello), and Maxim Rysanov (viola)

Touring nationwide from 12 – 21 March, the trio perform in eight venues across Ireland, with appearances in Bantry, Letterkenny, Clifden, Dún Laoghaire, Kilkenny, Tinahely, Carrick-on-Shannon, and Dublin.
