Love Live MusicLove:Live music is a celebration of all forms of music in Ireland through free live music events in cities, towns and villages all over the country taking place on 21st June 2012. The event is a celebration of all types of music and will feature thousands of musicians taking to any kind of stage they can find for FREE live music gigs across Ireland.

A main event will take place in Dublin  called La Ceoil and it too will be a free showcase concert in the Meeting House Square, Temple Bar on Thursday 21st June between 6pm and 10pm. On the bill for this event are Buffalo in the Castle, We Banjo 3, The Unwanted, Tarab, Mick O’Brien, members of the RTE Concert Orchestra and DIT Trad Muisc Ensemble and special guest Sean Mac Erlaine.

Elsewhere in Ireland we will have Clonmel Junction festival  and the Common Thread Cafe presenting Clonmel Loves Live Music which will be fours of music on the streets of Clonmel, with Julie Feeney, Cora Venus Lunny, Laois Kelly and Niwel Tsumbu. The Royal Irish Academy will have live music from 12pm – 3pm from St. Stephens Green, The Contemporary Music Centre with Crash Ensemble will host ‘Tiny Desk’ concerts.
