Swedish singer songwriter is back with a sixth album in his clutches after the success of his last album Dear John, led to a return home to Sweden and experimenting with playing with chamber orchestra’s. This led to him revisiting lots of his earlier stuff and re-writing and re-arranging these song to fit with the grander orchestral scale of things.
What came out was Hall Music a lovely and expansive but concise album that is incomparable with previous work. You can catch this new stuff live in The Grand Social on May 9th 2012. Support on the night will come from Brooklyns Gabriel & The Hounds.
