We’ve put together a playlist of all of the individual artists who appear on the new Irish Women In Harmony project. Irish female musical talent is stronger than it’s ever been and this project brings together some of the best up-and-coming talent and established acts around together for the biggest female musical collaboration in Ireland since A Woman’s Heart back in 1992.

All proceeds from Irish Women In Harmony’s cover of The Cranberries classic track Dreams will go towards Safe Ireland – a charity which provides much needed services to victims of domestic violence. Something which is sadly up over 25% since lockdown commenced.

This valiant collaboration is spearheaded by Grammy-Award nominated singer RuthAnne and features over 30 Irish acts from Ailbhe Reddy to Imelda May and features artists from rock and classical and genre in-between. We are glad to note that RuthAnne could’ve easily added another ten acts or more to this roster without compromising its quality such is the quality of Irish female acts right now.

However, as lots of these acts don’t receive the type of love from mainstream Irish media that they deserve we’ve put this playlist together to highlight that they are worthy of further investigation outside the realms of the Irish Women In Harmony project.

Please checkout our selection below and if you like what you hear please follow the acts on social media and Spotify etc.

And we can’t stress this enough, please text SAFE to 50300 to donate €4. Pre-save Dreams – https://orcd.co/iwihdreams
