Laura Gibson has released I Don’t Want Your Voice To Move Me, the latest single from her critically acclaimed fifth album ‘Goners’ ahead of her European tour which starts in Dublin this February.

The Oregon songsmith directs and stars in the accompanying video which sees Gibson wandering barefoot through beautiful forests and hillsides – the stunning barren vistas merging perfectly with the spacious, slow-paced march of the song which focuses on insurmountable interpersonal differences.

Gibson’s current live band includes Stelth Ulvang of The Lumineers and his life-partner Dorota Szuta.

You’ll be able to see Gibson and friends perform ‘Goners’ and songs from her back catalogue in Whelan’s on February 26th. Tickets €15.62.
