Kraftwerk have announced that they will return to Ireland for shows in Dublin and Limerick next summer. The legendary German Electronic pioneers will play an intimate show in the glorious surroundings of King John’s Castle, Limerick on Wednesday, June 28th 2023 before heading to Dublin to appear at Trinity College Dublin as part of the Trinity Summer series on Thursday 29th June, 2023.

A band that have been true modern music pioneers and since their emergence in Düsseldorf in the 70s Kraftwerk have achieved global recognition for their revolutionary electronic and soundscapes. Their live shows are legendary with musical experimentation, robotics and stunning visuals creating audio visual theatre on another level.

Speaking at today’s announcement Mick Dolan said: “an incredible act to book I fully expect this to be one of our best shows ever, Kraftwerk are the ‘godfathers‘of electronic music and their live shows are well renowned throughout the world. Bringing together music and performance art, Kraftwerk concerts are a true ‘Gesamtkunstwerk’ – a total work of art.
