Batton down the hatches, grab your tent and find the nearest field to a stage because Knockanstockan 2012 is just around the corner.
The festival returns on in just under two weeks on July 27th to 29th in the usual Blessington Lakes for it’s sixth year. The lineup has the likes of Liz Lawrence, The Strypes, Hush War Cry, Raglans and The Riptide Movement who will be rocking out on the four Knockanstockan stage.
It’s three days and 150 bands and will also have a Faerie Field to include a 4D extravaganza performance for live art, DJs and dance performances which range from bollywood, belly dancing and burlesque. Holistic healing, reflexology, yoga, thai massage and a midnight cinema too, it’s jam packed.
Tickets for the festival cost €75 including camping, which for 3 days and 150 bands is pretty special. Tickets are available from Knockanstockan.ie.
