To celebrate great music and great houses, the KBC Great Music in Irish Houses will take place over this weekend. As well as a number of concerts around the city, included in the festivities in a ‘Dublin Musical Saunter’, a series of concerts in ‘old Dublin’ which celebrate the righ heritage of classical music composed in Ireland.
The concerts taking place as part of this series are:
June 12th – Olwen Fouere and the Heath Quartet at Smock Alley Theatre.
June 13th – Cuarteto Casals at the National Botantical Gardens.
June 14th – Michael Collins, Giovanni Guzzo, & Michael McHale at Waterways Ireland Visitors Centre.
June 14th – Apollon Musagete Quartet & Macdara O Seireadainat Castletown House.
June 15th – Annette Cleary, Aisling Drury, & David Adams at The Little Museum of Dublin.
June 15th – Michael Collins & Michael McHale at the Hugh Lane Gallery.
June 15th – Lynda Lee & Andreja Malir at The Boys School, Smock Alley.
June 15th -William Dowdall, Lisa Dowdall & David Adams at the Chapel Royal, Dublin Castle.
June 15th – Anna Devin and the Irish Baroque Orchestra at the Chapel Royal, Dublin Castle.
