Technical guitar players are always high on our list here at GP, we’ve been big fans of Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Yngvai Malmsteen and many many more. Joe Bonamassa is one who only recently came to our attention and having listened to some of his stuff and watched a few video’s, he truly is one of the most adept guitar players around.
He specialises mostly in Blues rock mixed with singer songwriter and has released his 10th solo and 8th studio album “Black Rock“, he’s one of the more subtle kind of stars, they biggest crowd he’s ever played for is a crowd of 5,200 people, which compared to a gig in The O2 or a festival is small for such a spanning career.
The gig is set for Vicar Street, the date is October 7th 2010 and tickets cost €38 and go on sale August 26th at 9am.
