Jack of Diamonds to launch festival with 1940s night at The Sugar Club

The Sugar Club will host a 1940s themed night to launch The Jack of Diamonds Rhythm & Roots Festival on Saturday July 5th.

The Old Time Radio Show will feature live music from Ross Breen, Conor Linnie, Laura Ann Brady, Kicking Bird and The Dixie Land Jazz Men amongst others.

Gavin Glass will host the event and there’ll be a strict 1940’s dress code.

You can expect swing dancing, performances from the Dublin Roller Derby, a live Half time show extravaganza and lots of surprises.

Doors will open at 8.30pm and tickets costing €10 are available to purchase from sugarclubtickets.com
