Welcome to this week’s round-up of the best new Irish music! This week we present for your consideration Villagers’ wonderful new album ‘Fever Dream’ and everybody’s favourite ‘Woman on the Internet’ Orla Gartland’s long-awaited debut album; two fine additions in a stacked year for Irish albums.

Ward shares his debut EP ‘Strawberry Jam’ and UK based Irish artist Molly Burman delivers a fine debut EP ‘Fool Me With Flattery’, while Milk. drop their imaginatively titled second EP ‘2, the EP’ and Lewwab introduce us to ‘Laser Pop’.

Playlist cover star Bobbi Arlo drops a stone cold banger Fever Thoughts – which may even tempt the Government to legalise dancing again. Billie Eillish’s labelmate Cian Ducrot returns with yet another radio friendly track Chewing Gum which is sure to see his star rise further internationally,

Eurovision’s Lesley Roy, delivers a career best single in the form of I’ll Be Fine, while Irish/German act Varley continue to impress with Misery ahead of their debut album’s arrival next month.

Sack make their long-awaited return after 20 years with What A Way To Live, the lead single from their upcoming album. It’s great to have the lads back – check out their album Butterfly Effect if you haven’t heard it – one for fans of The Smiths.

All in all, it’s a bumper week for Irish music with new tracks from Sky Atlas, Erica Cody, John Blek, David Keenan, Xona, Cheesmore, Enda Gallery, Carrie Baxter, PRiiCE, Fia Moon, Somebody’s Child, Blondmodel, Mango x Mathman and loads more besides. Check them all out in the playlist below.
