This week’s big collaboration sees Soak joining forces with Red Hot Org and Julien Baker on ‘Get Me Away From Here, I’m Dying’, while the newly independent Robert Grace joins forces with Ryan Mack for ‘Dive In’ the first in what promises to be the first of a series of collaborations between the pair.
Yune Pinku teams up with Canadian artist Cecile Believe for ‘Spark’, while ChildsMind connects with LA based producer Rory Kahan Mohan for ‘Through The Night’. Meanwhile, closer to home Sloucho and Rory Sweeney mess about on ‘150K’ and Caleb & Walshy return with ‘My Mates’.
Maria Kelly previews her second album Waiting Room with the pointed frustration of new single ‘When I’m Angry’, It’s great to see Sweetlemondae back releasing music with her first release on 2024 ‘Thank You’, David Kitt puts on his alt-dance hat for his latest bout of tracks including the Irish language featuring ‘All Folly’.
This week’s coverstars are alt-rock trio Adore who have delivered their third single ‘Can We Talk’ ahead of their biggest show to date in Whelan’s on December 8th. Meanwhile veteran rockers Sack have shared ‘I Fell Through A Crack’ from their excellent album Wake up People!.
Softboy, Brién is back with the appreciative ‘Everybody’s Here’, his first new track in a couple of years, while Cork’s Pebbledash impress with their mix of poetry and shoegaze sonics, and new kids on the block Makeshift Art Bar impress with their debut single ‘Inertia’ and Overhead, The Albatross continue their comeback with the soaring ‘Hibakuska’, while Ni’s Moon Landing get in on the instrumental action with ‘The Last Man On Earth’.
