Festival season and Brat summer may be well and truly over but Irish music never sleeps. This week’s round-up of the best new Irish music see major releases from all corners of the country. Northern Ireland’s finest Ciaran Lavery (look at him there on the cover) hooks up with UK indie stalwart Liz Lawrence for ‘Ctrl Alt Del’, and not to be outdone Orla Gartland has joined forces with fellow UK indie scene mainstay Declan McKenna for ‘Late To The Party’. Also on the collb train is Irish/American trad act The Ollam who’ve joined forces with streaming superstar Zedd for ‘Sona’.

This week’s big comeback comes from Anderson who returns with his first new music in many moons including ‘The Artist’. Following her surprise debut single ‘Silly Little Song’, NewDad’s Julie Dawson is back with her second solo single ‘Bottom of The Pool’. Fresh from visiting the portal, breakout Irish crooner Cian Ducrot is back with ‘Can’t Even Hate You’ while the internationally blossoming Kingfishr deliver their latest single ‘I Cried, I Wept’.

The revamped LeBoom will be hoping to capitalise on a successful festival season with their latest bouncer ‘All I Need’, having impressed with their debut releases Vera will be hoping to cement their place as one of the most exciting new Irish acts of 2024 with ‘Leave Me Alone’.
