Welcome to this week’s round-up of the best new Irish music. How’s the head? Well if ya listen to the new album by Thumper it should blow the hangover out of ya. It’s a fairly guitar week all things considered with new tracks from the likes of Melts, The Clockworks, Columbia Mills and Rowan, while Belfast based up-and-comer Daire Heffernan delivers her best track to date Skeletons.

There’s pure pop from Lyra, Robert Grace, Hudson Taylor, Susi Pagel and It’s Just Cat, A. Smyth leads the singer songwriter pack with Long Night which also features tracks from JC Stewart, Myles McCormack and Charlie Hanlon. There’s dance music courtesy of Ejeca and Banbe whilst the world of hip hop is repped by Demigosh and Celaviedmai and Blue Niall, and North and Troyleft.

All this plus tracks fromĀ  Jack Devlin, Mary Ellen, Firm City, Dead Method and Jack Ru, Jame Minogue, Manyana & Wornoc, Coolgirl and Problem Patterns.
