Here we go, Goldenplecs most enjoyable festival of 2011 is back again for fun and frolics in that county that likes to think it’s the capitol. You may not have the capitol of Ireland but last year you had the capitol of festivals.
Such was the fun down there last year, we cannot fathom non attendance, it is mandatory, and with some tasty initial offerings in the form of Feeder, Jape, Japanese Popstars, The Frank And Walters and Delorentos, well it’s a tasty enough start to say this is another promising weekend in Mitchelstown.
The event will be on August 3rd to 5th 2012, with ticekts for three days (no camping) costing €79 or three days (with camping) €99 providing extremely reasonable weekend fun. There is only a 5,000 capacity, so don’t wait around for your tickets either, or we’ll be discussing your disappointment in the coming weeks.
Rumours abound about who will be added to the lineup in coming weeks, we have heard a few names, Mess’rs Clyro are one whom stick out, so if they are confirmed then you really have no excuse not to be there.
