Huzzah, we are getting proper excited for the Indiependence 2012 festival. It’s quite a solid lineup with something for everyone and now the lineup is burgeoning just a little bit more with the new additions added today.
UK indie rock from British Sea Power is on the cards, as is a DJ set from Foals. Horse Meat Disco will be making the trek down to Cork as will Zombie Computer, Slow Motion Heroes, The Pale, The Last Days of 1984, The Gandhis and The Shoos. Today FM’s KC and Redm FM’s Stevie G will be spinning hits over the weekend too.
Indiependence already has the likes of Jape, Feeder, Ham Sandwich, Delorentos, Japanese popstars, The Frank and Walters and loads more. The festival run August 3rd – 5th on Deer Farm, Mitchelstown in Cork. Tickets are €79 and are available from Tickets.ie.
