In Photos: Chris Cornell at The Olympia Theatre

American rocker Chris Cornell was in town last week to play a headline show. Supposedly this year we are meant to see a new Soundgarden album so we will be keeping one eye on his antics over the next while

He played The Olympia Theatre on June 13th 2012 to a packed house. It was the cutback acoustic songbook tour and the night features tracks from across his back catalogue including Temple Of The Dog and Soundgarden material alongside his solo stuff. We’re told he improvised a song about ticket prices, played for two hours and finished with a rendition of ‘Imagine’.

Alessio Michelini was down at the venue snapping proceedings for us.
