It’s award season, we had the announcement of the Choice Award shortlist and now we have the announcement of the shortlist for the fourth annual IMRO Live Music Venue of the Year Awards.
The awards have been set for February 28th 2012 at IMRO Buildings in Dublin. The annual award nods the head back at the awesome venues Ireland has hosting some of the top acts in the world on a weekly basis as well as the awesome home talent. short shortlist was whittled from votes by the 8,000 IMRO members and judged on multiple core elements.
There will be awards for the best venues in Dublin, Leinster (excluding Dublin), Connacht, Munster, Ulster and the IMRO Festival of the Year award will also be presented. This Award is decided upon by the public, who vote for their live music venue of the year from the combined shortlist of all regions. Live music fans should simply log on towww.surveymonkey.com/s/
