2FM’s Graham Smyth is on a mission to make Christmas music more palatable to those of us lacking in festive cheer by delivering a selection of lesser known Christmas tracks in an alternative Christmas music special.

From LCD Soundsystem to Run DMC, The Hives to No Doubt, Graham Smyth brings us the weird, the wonderful and the rare Christmas tracks that you haven’t heard 100 times already on 2FM’s Alternative Christmas, which will broadcast on December 15th.

Ahead of the special broadcast Graham Smyth has constructed a 25 minute Christmas mix, sampling 50 tracks including festive favourites and some seasonal deep cuts guaranteed to put the grinchiest of grinches in a good mood.
