Following Reading and Leeds’ lead this morning Electric Picnic has announced the first wave of acts for 2026 with Gorillaz set to headline Saturday night while homegrown heroes Fontaines D.C. will headline Sunday night.

Joining Gorillaz and Fontaines D.C. on the initial line-up are national pleasure CMAT, Back To Friends star Sombr, pop heavyweight Zara Larsson, rap legend Skepta, indie risers Wunderhorse, rapper turned contemporary country star Role Model and the coolest band in the world right now Geese.

Electric Picnic will take place from 28 to 30th August 2026 at Stradbally Estate, Co. Laois
