Unique shows are the new cool, these collaboration and uniquely envisioned shows provide us with a different take on the live gig. Neil Hannon seems to be all about them at the minute. His good self, Cathy Davey and Paddy Casey will all be joining the Dublin Gospel Choir at The Olympia Theatre on Good Friday.
This show has the added bonus that somehow The Olympia have managed to be allowed keep the bar open for the show so will be one of the very few places with pints flowing on Good Friday.
It’s a good week to be a smaller band with no real huge names coming this week. Big Country play The Academy on Tuesday while downstairs in The Academy 2 see’s Brother.
Dinosaur Pileup play The Academy 2 on Thursday, Shouting at Planes play The Academy 2 on Sunday and Paul Oakenfold plays The Wright Venue on Sunday too.
