This week I’m throwing my weight before a classic, ask anyone if they remember Dodgy and instantly they will start humming / singing their big hit “Good Enough” which for anyone who doesn’t remember them will instantly remember it on a few seconds of the intro. They are back and they are playing in an out of the usual venue in The Turks Head, we don’t see many gigs in there so nice to see a good mix.
They play on Friday 13th May and tickets are €13.50 available from Tickets.ie. That same night there is also the FREE GIG which was a contender too as it’s “State vs Goldenplec” featuring Retarded Cop, Alice Kona Band and Created by Comets all playing in The Mercantile and admission is 100% FREE so come over and say hi to Team GP and Team State as were all nice people and both sides will be DJing on the night to make a full night of it.
Don’t forget that Eric Clapton will be in The O2 tonight and Belfast tomorrow, Tickets around €70 or £60, Royseven are in The Academy 2 on Saturday and the rest of the gigs are listed below. Hopefully see some of you on Friday.
