This weeks gig of the week is one for Girl power, Paloma has never been shy on voicing her approval of all the great female acts out there at the moment, and Candi Staton who is supporting is one of the legendary ladies of Music, who’s recent revival may in no small part be due to another amazing female artist Florence Welsh covering “you’ve got the love” which is a global sensation.

So girl power feeding girl power, this is our gig of the week, we think it’s one worth watching and hopefully we’ll be able to get down to review it too for you lovely people.  Aside from Paloma Faith this week includes Damien Marley and Nas in Tripod which should be a right sweatbox of a gig, but i imagine it will be epic.
