Darwin Deez

Darwin Deez has announced a show in Whelan’s this April. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of his self-titled debut, Darwin Deez has re-released his breakthrough single Radar Detector.

JPEGMAFIA

LA-based rapper and producer JPEGMAFIA aka Peggy was raised in Brooklyn, New York by Jamaican parents before moving to Alabama. His new album, ?’All My Heroes Are Cornballs’,? channels the influence of early Ice Cube records.

JPEGMAFIA will play The Academy Green Room on Tuesday 3rd March 2020 with tickets from €17.50 on sale Friday November 15th at 9am.

Lydia Ford

Mayo pop artist Lydia Ford follows up the release of her latest single  ‘IDWBYGF’ with a performance in Whelan’s. Following several years in Brooklyn, Ford’s music evolved taking inspiration from subway rides rather than the west coast of Ireland. The Now Dublin based act takes inspiration from acts such as Sigrid, Julia Michaels and Lauv, collaborating with producers in Berlin, London and the US.

Lydia Ford will play Upstairs at Whelan’s on Friday 17th April 2019 with tickets from €12 incl booking fee on sale Thursday November 14th at 10am.

David Gray

David Gray has announced a special open air performance at Irish Independent Park, Cork on Saturday, June 20th as part of his White Ladder: The 20th Anniversary Tour. The man behind the biggest selling album of all time in Ireland has already announced 3 dates in Dublin’s 3Arena proving the enduring power of White Ladder.

“It’s the 20th anniversary of White Ladder, a unique record with its own remarkable history. Jammed full with big, open hearted songs and flooded with a raw emotional energy. It’s an album that came from nowhere to steal the hearts of millions all over the world, completely transforming my life in the process. Twenty years on and it feels like White Ladder is just as alive for people now as it was back then – so to celebrate this milestone, I will be releasing a special anniversary version of the album and assembling all the original band members with all the original equipment, in order to take White Ladder out on the road and recreate the record in its entirety”.

Lankum

Lankum have added a second date at Vicar Street this January in support of their critically acclaimed album ‘The Livelong Day’ featuring the singles The Wild Rover and The Young People.

Jack Black and Kyle Gass’ Post-ApocalyptoWorld Tour is coming to Dublin’s 3Arena this February.
