GiftedLive.com have announced a set of shows where you can get up close with the acts you love without leaving the comfort of your own home. That’s not to say that you can’t go in person, they are just opening this new online music show to all. The show is to be broadcasted live from Empire music hall in Belfast.
All the shows will be streamed online live and FREE. It seems to be an attempt to move the social gig going experience online much the same was Facebook has replaced a lot of daily social interactions. Will it catch on? Who knows. I’m sure those who can’t make a gig would be glad of the service.
If you are feeling social. you can buy tickets for £10 to the shows at the door of the Empire Music Hall from 8.30pm onwards on the night of each show. All performances are archived and available for viewing later.
So who might you see at these gig? Well there are two currently planned for June 7th with the likes of Duke Special, Pugwash and Tieranniesaur amonst the lineup and July 5th having The Answer, David Kitt and The Riptide movement among it’s acts playing. The full list of acts for each date is below.
