Warzone Collective are a DIY group who run a Centre in Belfast, a venue, cafe, gallery and all-round hub for counter-cultural goings-on. The Collective was founded in 1984, and was reformed in 2011 after having to close its doors in 2003.
They’re in bad need of funds to keep the Centre going, so the fact that Savour Your Scene Records’ benfit compilation (of Irish and UK hardcore and metal bands, no less) topped Bandcamp’s charts in all genres last Friday must come as welcome news.
