An excellently misleading bandname, Fujiya & Miyagi are neither Japanese not are they a two piece. Instead they are a four piece from Brighton who play electronica and krautrock. The name is instead based on the karate kid teacher and a type of record player (for those of your who were about to wikipedia the meaning).
The are out supporting their latest work, the rather excellently titled Ventriloquizzing LP. Amazingly we are told their music will have you grooving and dancing but if they bring out their ventriloquist dummies you might get a bit creeped out. How excellent.
