One of the biggest Irish bands in 2009 are coming back at you again in 2010 with a forthcoming new album to follow up on “Fight Like Apes And The Mystery Of The Golden Medallion” which was a huge hit in Ireland and got them great interest in Europe as they toured around.
Now its the difficult second album, which is due out in August 2010 all things going well and this is the lead single from the album and the single is entitle “Hoo Ha Henry”. We like it, we think its a bit different, but not by much, its still very much flapes but it wouldn’t belong in the set of songs on the previous album. Its the progression of Fight likes apes, their next step. Having talked to Jamie from Fight Like Apes on Sunday he told me of the forthcoming album “You’re probably going to hate it”.
I hope he’s not right and i prove to love it as i’d love to see them back with another batch a crowd thrilling tracks that will make me want to see them live all over again, the showmen that they are.
