Coventry quintet Feet, have released a video for their summery bop of a new single English Weather ahead of their upcoming show in Whelan’s on March 15th

English Weather is taken from their upcoming debut on Maccabees guitarist, Felix White’s Yala Records, one-time home of whenyoung.

English Weather charts the joys of British summertime or the lack there of “English weather, you better pack an umbrella” sings frontman Jeep, on the track’s earworm chorus, dripping with Madchester vibes.

The accompanying video pays homage to the summer of love and ’60s hippie culture. Further enhancing the nostalgic nature of proceedings the video was shot at guitarist Callum’s grandparent’s chalet in Portsmouth.

Feet play Whelan’s on Thursday March 15th. Tickets €13.50.
