O Emperor have today announced details of a new single following extensive touring, an appearance at the SXSW Festival and being nominated for a Choice Music Prize. Not the worst of years so far for the waterford lads.
The new single is called ‘Sedalia‘ and will feature the RTE Concert Orchestra and will be released on Friday March 25th. The track is an alternative arrangement of their third single from the album Hither Thither.
The video for the single “Sedalia” features behind the scenes footage of the recording of the track with the RTE Concert Orchestra and was produced and directed by Rob Davis, Elton Mullally and John Phillipson of Tusk Productions.
O Emperor play their biggest headline gig to date with a show in The Academy on April 15th. Tickets are €18.50 and are on sale right now. This single will be download only with a bundle including the video too.
