Yes we’ve been waiting months for it, we’ve listened to all the hype around Oxegen 09 and the superstars they have lined up and now finally the alternative festival, The Boutique Festival Experience that is Electric Picnic have finally announced their lineup just days before the tickets go back on sale.
There seems to be a bit for everyone in here with Basement Jaxx and The Flaming Lips playing this year. Premiere Irish Acts Jape, Bell X1, Lisa Hannigan, Damien Dempsey and Imelda May too will be there, Madness, Seasick Steve, Klaxons, MGMT, Rodrigo Y Gabriella, Simian Mobile Disco, Roots Manuva and Orbital show the width of the lineup with something for everyone with plenty of different types of music and taste.
