Dirty 9’s Charity Gig for Temple Street

One of our favourite things to promote here is Charity gigs, we think its one of those things that everyone benefits from. The Charity get money, The Bands get to play and potentially garner new fans. The venue gets some booze money, It’s all good for everyone involved.

So it’s worth noting that Thursday 12th of August will see Dirty 9’s, Killer Chloe and StayOkay will be playing Whelans in a fund raiser gig for the 2Wheels Tour de Picnic.

They need to raised €1,500 to take part in the event, €500 a head for Kieron Sexton, David Stanley and Ciarán O’Shea Brady to do the Cycle to Electric Picnic, a unique way of getting to a festival i’m sure you’ll agree.

Entry on the night is €6, It’s over 18’s but remember that your doing it FOR the kids, even if they can’t be there.
