Well it’s nearly here and that means shortlists to mull over for the coming three weeks leading up to February 3rd which sees the inaugural Digital Socket Awards 2011 pay homage to the musical amazingness of 2010 which saw record numbers of album releases, better quality music on a bigger scale than ever before as Ireland laid claim to it’s potentially amazing acts and had them show us what they were made of.
The event itself will be in the Grand Social on February 3rd and on the night we can now reveal that there will be amazing music from the awesome Groom and the dancey fun of Meljoann will be there on the night and they will be joined by TWO special guests, one of whom we will announce very soon, the second, well you’ll just have to turn up on the night to see.
